The client had only a general physical description of the process and a document with process categories.
Having worked through the documentation and conducted several series of interviews with the client, I was able to move from the text of the document to a more precise data structure.
I was able to structure the available data into a process flow.
Next, a design prototype was developed taking into all the types of loading different types of goods.
